12 one-hour Executive Coaching sessions with an International Coach Federation credentialed coach. Sessions are very other week with some flexibility.
1 hour of exercises or applied practice in between sessions.
This program is for leaders ready to accept support. It requires vulnerability and outside-the-box approaches.
